Habitat for Humanity Chooses Seven Turning Points Book
For Their Organizational Development Consultants!

Habitat for Humanity International's Organizational Development Program has chosen Seven Turning Points: Leading Through Pivotal Transitions in Organizational Life by Susan Gross as the book that their organizational development consultants are required to read for this year.  Susan Gross will hold a one hour conference call with the consultants to discuss their learnings and answer questions.

The Organizational Development Program employees about two dozen organizational development consultants that work with the 1500+ Habitat affiliates across the United States. These affiliates are self-governing organizations that deliver the Habitat for Humanity models of housing in their local communities. Seven Turning Points was seen as valuable because many affiliates request assistance when they are feeling the pains of normal operations that is no longer working for their stage of development.
