Register for the Setting Priorities in Hard Times Workshop

Date: Wednesday, April 29, 2009, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Location: MANO, 8720 Georgia Avenue, Suite 303, Silver Spring, MD 20910

Topic: In economic hard times, organizations struggle to accomplish critical work with less.  Organizations – and their leaders – are stretched thin, rushing to respond to external changes, competing with other worthy causes for funds, and struggling to keep programs afloat.  Decision-making can easily become reactive and haphazard.  Don’t lose sight of your long-term vision, purpose, and goals.

In this interactive workshop, gain concrete tools to:
  • Connect with or adjust to your long-term visions and goals
  • Make sense of the factors and trends impacting your organization
  • Establish clear and deliberate priorities

This class is appropriate for executive directors and other organization leaders who are finding themselves lying awake at night worrying about how to succeed in these tough times. Participants will receive access to the publication, “Strategic Planning that Makes a Difference.”

Facilitators: Susan Gross, Founding Director & Senior Consultant, and Robin Katcher, Deputy Director of Products and Services & Senior Consultant

Experience Level: Advanced

Class Fee: $100 (Member-discounted Rate: $50)
